Setup & Take down
All of our big item’s pricing includes us setting up and taking down.
No Customer Pickup
Sorry, but most of our products require setup. Because of this we have structured ourselves to be a delivery only service and require a minimum order of $500.
Delivery Charges
We offer local delivery for a flat fee of $50, with a minimum order of $500. For deliveries outside our local area, delivery charges are based on mileage. Additional charges may apply for deliveries requiring special accommodations, such as stair access, challenging locations, or unusual delivery times.
Non-Refundable Non-Transferable Retainer
In order to hold the products for your dates, we will need a 25% non refundable retainer paid at the time of booking. The remainder will be due 10 days before the event.
Cancellation Policy
As the retainer is non-refundable, refunds are at the discretion of Vicars Built Rentals.
Rental Agreement
A rental agreement will be sent along with the quote. This must be filled out and signed along with full payment of the retainer before we can hold the products for your date.
