Boxwood Backdrop that Lights Up
Description
Our boxwood hedge wall is 8′ wide and 7’7″ tall. We used a high quality faux boxwood greenery that is 2 inches tall and 4 layered. We went 8′ wide so that there is no seam that you sometimes see when you put 2 of the 4′ panels together.
The white base/planter is 30″ high, has an option for floral foam if you would like to put flowers at the top of the planter. The channel for the foam is 2″ wide and 3″ deep.
And yes, since we are a little nuts about lighting, we put lights that shine down from the top lip of the planter. We also have lights that are sprinkled through the greenery that can be turned on if desired. Both lights are battery operated, no need to worry about electrical cords.
At the very top of the wall are multiple slots for furnished dowels, these can be used for mounting floral arrangements that hang down or to tie clear fishing line for hanging signs for scripted names, etc.
